Fantastic location with many bars and restaurants nearby. Property was extremely clean with thoughtful decor. Beds were very comfortable. The garage is a bit tight, larger trucks or SUV's may struggle to fit. My compact SUV had maybe 3-4 inches of clearance on each side with the mirrors folded while entering the garage. There is an office space downstairs, but I suggest bringing a mouse paid, as my mouse did not work on the glass desktop. If you are worried about your vehicle fitting in the garage, it may be helpful to ask for the exact clearance. I am extremely familiar with EAV area and adamantly do not recommend street parking. Overall the space is wonderful and the garage is a fantastic amenity. We did not utilize any cookware. Would easily rent again fora future stay.

I can’t express how nice this place was. In the heart of EAV and extremely walkable to all bars and restaurants there. Very clean with plenty of amenities. I will be reaching back out in the future!

Great location, super nice and clean unit and wonderful host. Talia did an excellent job communicating with us before, during and after the visit. The place was well stocked with all the basics needed to make guests more comfortable and feeling at home. We would stay there again when we visit Atlanta in the future.

Great space for my parents and I! Lots of space and gorgeous interior. Only caveat is there is alot of stairs, so if you have mobility limited individuals, it may be hard to access.

Our stay at this Airbnb in East Atlanta was fantastic and perfect for my family. The property was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. I especially appreciated the study, which provided a quiet and well-lit space for me to get some work done. The location was another highlight. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, allowing me to go for walks at different times of the day without any concerns. Its convenience was also unbeatable, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering a variety of dining options to suit every taste. The host was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The home was well-maintained and equipped with all the essentials, making it feel like a true home away from home. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would gladly stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay the area had a lot of cool food spots to go to and communication was great when trying to get into contact with the host.

Cozy townhome, lots of space for a small family. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and nice up to date bathrooms. The neighborhood has lots of local bars and eats you can walk to. Would stay here again.

Our stay was excellent. The home is modern, and the area is quiet with many eateries nearby. The host made us feel welcomed. Overall it was a great experience. I would comeback again without a second thought.

The townhouse was beautiful—just wish the parking situation was better. The area felt a bit sketchy, but it was walkable to lots of bars, which was a plus.

The property was absolutely beautiful. The beds and linens were very comfortable. The layout of the home allowed everyone their personal space. Having a secured garage gave me a piece of mind. I would definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Overall, my family had a great stay at this townhome. It looks exactly like the pictures. The beds feel like clouds and the amenities provided were thoughtful, saving time and money with not having to purchase bare necessities. I also loved that some of the products provided were brands I use at home containing less chemicals. We only had one hiccup with ants coming in from the start of the warm weather, but the hosts had some spray delivered and purchased some snacks and a sound machine for my kids for our trouble. Great hosts and great place!

This is perhaps one of the best Airbnb properties I have stayed in. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed, quiet and the garage is a giant plus. We were within walking distance to places to eat, a terrific bagel shop and a great coffee shop. The owner is quick with replies if you should have any questions, but the checkin and check out information is so though you really don’t need to contact her. Wi-Fi is fast, streaming tv good and linens and beds extremely comfortable. A big thumbs up and we plan on using the unit again. Kudos to the owners…well done.

Great location with lots of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Close to the interstate and shops. Nice clean and comfortable place to stay, close to everything, but also a quiet place to come back to. Owners were very friendly and extremely responsive. Would recommend!

We had a wonderful five-day stay in Atlanta for an exhibition with my colleague. The house was exactly as described, and we really loved its location. It was very convenient to get to various places, and the area was quiet at night, which made for a restful stay. The host was also very responsive to our questions, which we greatly appreciated. Great place to rent for a weekend stay in East Atlanta Village. Large enough for two couples and perfect for my husband and me.

Our family of three came into town for the College Football Championship. We wanted a safe, clean place close to the stadium, with restaurants nearby and plenty of space. This townhouse checked all the boxes. The host was very easy to work with, easy check-in and check-out process. If we find ourselves back in the Atlanta area, we will plan to stay again

This was a perfect place to stay for a concert we went to at the Eastern. It was just minutes a way with an Uber. We walked next door and ate dinner at the Midway Pub. Cute spot for drinks and dinner.

Meha was a great host and her place was fantastic! TVs in everyone room and lots of streaming option. Everything looked like the photos and we had a wonderful stay - we even extended for 2 extra days :) The house is in great condition and everything is new. We would definitely stay again:)

Very cute and clean Airbnb! The hosts were super responsive and provided lots of info. Our favorite thing was how spacious the Airbnb was and the area/neighborhood it was in — extremely cute! Very easily could accommodate a group of 4 no problem. For 2 people it was quite spacious. Would stay again when in Atlanta! We will be back. :)

Never before lived in new build condo. Great location for spending time in Eat Atlanta.

We had a great time - once we parked the car in the garage, we did not have to drive anywhere the remainder of the weekend. There are lots of restaurants and shops to walk to, although it turns out that on Sundays and Mondays, quite a bit was closed. The kitchen had everything that we needed, and we were able to each work without disturbing one another. The office on the first floor was nice and quiet, and the kitchen table by the window offered another well lit workspace. It was nice to be able to do laundry there, too.

This place was more beautiful than pictured! Very clean, plenty of room for the four of us, and in walking distance to some great bars and restaurants. Perfect for our girls weekend in ATL (they even had a bottle of wine waiting for us)! Would highly recommend staying here - You won't be disappointed.

Meha’s place was absolutely amazing. The home was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We felt right at home. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having a glass wine. The area was very quiet and walkable to near by restaurants. Meha and her co-hosts were responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. They are very clear with instructions which I love. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Atlanta. You won’t regret booking this place!

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful place. Check in was smooth and the place is easy to find. Steps away for EAV! There you will find many eateries and things to do. The beds sleep nicely and comfy. The coffee machine is amazing and I enjoyed having coffee each morning on the balcony. Very peaceful and quiet community. Walmart, Target, and Kroger shopping centers are within 2 miles or so. You won’t regret rare gem!

This is a cute, home-feel stay! There are local attractions within walking distance as well. There was plenty of room for my family of 2 adults and 3 kids; the stay looked just as photographed. The host accommodated my family with our last minute stay, and communicated extremely well and was always accessible. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and concise. I highly recommend this stay if you're in the Atlanta area :)

The house in EAV is AMAZING! The photos don't truly reflect how pristine and welcoming the home is. The communication with the host should be the standard for every AirBnB host. Meha and Talia responded to every message within minutes of receiving it & their responses were ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The house included a washer and dryer with cleaning supplies, which is essential for a traveling family. We'll be back in Atlanta in the fall & we'll definitely book this place!

Our kids live in EAV. We wanted to Be within walking distance to visit our new grand baby. This property was amazing. It took less than 5 minutes. Talia was a great communicator. Checkin was super simple. The property was beautiful. Everything one needs but forgets was provided. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, coffee creamer etc. very well thought out. It could not have been better. We hope to make this a home away from home.

Really enjoyed my stay here with my family. My wife and I relocated from ATL 5 years ago, but still host Christmas dinner with my family. The place was perfect to host a group of 6 for dinner and enjoy holiday festivities. The location is walkable to EAV and some great restaurants re a quick drive away. I would 100% rebook and stay here again. Host was responsive and even took initiative to check in on our stay from time to time via app. Continue to deliver excellent service and this play will stay booked and busy!

We stayed here because it’s 20 mins north of the VPC. If you are making the commute to drop off your car, having the garage took away the worry of something happening overnight and the hosts made it feel like we were right at home. Great neighborhood and a beautiful place to stay within walking distance of plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants.

I think I was the 2nd or 3rd guest ever in this townhouse. The furniture is great, everything is clean, and the location is perfect. It could use some art, but I think they are still working on it. I couldn't recommend this enough. It's right in the heart of the EAV and within walking distance to Glenwood market, two of my favorite places to stay in Atlanta. Try Gaja for a casual meal and banshee for a lovely dinner and then a dance hang. The beds are soooo comfortable.
