King Bed | Walkable | Beltline Ground Floor Gem

We had a great stay at Talia’s condo! She and her team were always very quick to respond when I contacted them, and they were friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend Talia’s condo if you’re looking for a great place to stay at Studio Plex!

Let me start off by stating, the location of the property is great. There are local attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We had an issue with finding the correct entrance and initially thought we walked in on someone. This did cause concern but was cleared up a few hours later by the host, who told us there are two separate units with the same unit number. The next issue was one wash cloth for two people and barely enough soap for one person. We immediately notified the host with hopes that this could be resolved the same day, as we both needed to take a bath that night and the next morning. We did not hear from the host until 2 hours before check out, the next morning and nothing was done to resolve the issue. I requested a refund of half of the cost of my stay for my inconveniences. The host only sent 1/4 and told me they have no control over Airbnb taxes and fees. Needless to say spent more time trying to resolve the issues, than I spent enjoying the property.

Perfect location right on the belt line. Very cute apartment, easy check-in, and convenient parking. Had everything we needed and made our stay in Atlanta so easy. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely stay here again! It’s in an amazing part of Atlanta - just a few steps from the beltline near Krog street market and so much else! The hosts were also amazing - they were extremely responsive and replied immediately to questions, which was so appreciated. Definitely would recommend!

Cute little place in a fun area. So much to do! Can be a little tricky to find but follow the directions provided step by step and you can’t get lost. Also make sure you provide your vehicle info to get free access to the parking garage. Would definitely recommend this place for a fun girls weekend or simply to get away!

My stay was short, but it was EXACTLY what I was hoping for, and more. The apartment is clean, modern, fun, very nice! It's in a fun industrial building, that's a mix of small businesses and apartment. Great vibe! The best part is the location. I'm not sure you can find a better location in Atlanta. It's a 2 minute walk from the belt line and Krog street market. Tons of bars, restaurants, cafe's and shops right out your front door. You can easily bike, run, or scooter down the belt line to the surrounding neighborhoods. So perfect! The communication from the host was incredible. I asked a number of last minute questions about checkin and parking, and the host was super responsive and accommodating. If you're looking for a spot in ATL and location is your top priority, book this spot. Thanks so much for hosting me!

If you like cool spaces, and lots of creative people around, this is your spot. If you like hanging in Atlanta but don’t want to rent a car, this is your spot. If you want great food, coffee, wine, beer and lots of good looking people to watch, this is your spot. I would stay here again and again. The location is fantastic! If you’re looking to enjoy what it might feel like to live there, this is it. I don’t know if it’s a good deal or not because I don’t really follow the Atlanta real estate market. I only had two challenges - the artists lofts feel a bit like a labyrinth the first time you arrive. Moving from the parking deck to your unit requires a bit of focus the first time, but the place is so cool, it’s well worth it. Also, I’m a runner and hiker and active person who always likes having a washer/dryer in my Airbnbs when I travel. The unit didn’t have one and I didn’t see a laundry on the property. (But I didn’t spend any time looking either.)

This was our second time staying here because of how great our first stay was. It is a beautiful and safe area. So many convenient food options and beautiful walking areas.

Great apartment that is steps away from the beltline. Tons of food & drink within a 1 to 15 minute walk from the space. Also not far from the airport or downtown. Parking is easy. The space can be tricky to find if you don’t carefully read the instructions, so read them entirely before you head over. There is a stackable washer/dryer off the kitchen.

Good location and responsive host. Close to downtown Atlanta without having to deal with much traffic during our stay.

Amazing building with so much character. The space was very clean and incredibly quiet. Great access to the Beltline with shops and restaurants. We plan to stay here again on our next trip.

My priority with any Airbnb is cleanliness and privacy. Glad to say there was both. Very nice space. The entrance instructions are clear but it is still confusing. Lots of doors and corners to go through. Parking was perfect. Felt very safe. Walking distance to shops and cafes. I recommend this place.

The place is in a great location, the parking garage is off airline st. I’m familiar with the area but the parking garage instructions confused us, but the studioplex parking lot to parking garage thing is strange anyways. The couch and bed were super comfy, I loved the desk chair for working and no problems with wifi. As a ground floor unit in Atlanta in the summer I’d say they’ll have great pest control as I saw no critters sneaking in which thrilled me. I same day booked and I’m glad they could accommodate me! The only hiccups I had were a few minutes of panic when I couldn’t find the washer area and had to get a code to get to it. I also asked if a late checkout was possible and it was, but a $50 charge for 1 hour. This was a turnoff for me, but I’ve been living out of the US so coming back the additional costs for every little thing has been throwing me off as a whole. $50 makes sense for an additional 3-4 hours, but maybe only 1 hour was available that day.

I had a fantastic stay at great apartment! The space was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Beltline. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. Talia was incredibly helpful and responsive. She was always available and eager to assist. Highly recommend this place. I’d definitely book again!

Location, Location, Location! Talia’s place was super cute & comfy (especially the bed!), and the area was very lively. There were restaurants, stores, and even an ice cream shop. There was also a really pretty walking/biking path. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great Airbnb in the best location. The host was able to accommodate us for a last minute trip. We added an extra night because of how great it was.

Talia was a great host and so helpful! No matter what questions I had she ALWAYS took care of us. The area felt safe and secure which was a huge worry in Atlanta. It was a beautiful area with a lot of things to see. It was easy to get to and there is parking available which was a huge plus.

Absolutely beautiful space! Comfortable and clean furniture. Good lay out and friendly neighbors. Our only draw back was it was hard for DoorDash to find when they delivered our food… that has nothing to do with the space but more of a personal problem. The place was wonderful. No issues and we enjoyed being there.

Talia’s place was amazing! So cute and cozy and quiet while also being convenient to the Beltline. We loved being able to walk to coffee and dinner each day. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly like the pictures. It also has a private parking spot in the garage! I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta, it’s so close to so many cute neighborhoods and local spots, you’ll get a great sample of what this city has to offer.
