Great place. So private and comfortable. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Atlanta! The space is beautiful and very comfortable! Felt right at home. It is also in a great neighborhood that is close to everything plus it’s perfect for walking around!

Nicely decorated, minimal and clean. Didn’t use the hot tub but everything appeared well-cared for. Easy checkin and out. Safe area, lots of people out running, walking their dogs.

Very stylish place. The pictures are accurate. We experienced several issues during our stay and the management company was very responsive. The area is great and the rental was quiet.

This is a lovely home, but in our opinion just not worth the price. For one night, you check in after 3p and check out before 10a…you really don’t get to enjoy it much and then even if you want to check in/out 1 hour before or after, it’s a $50 fee. That wouldn’t be such a big deal if the price wasn’t already so high.

Booked here for a weekend getaway and had a great stay! Although in the middle of a neighborhood, the guesthouse is private and peaceful. Located in a nice area. Hosts were very responsive and made both check-in and check-out extremely smooth. Will definitely book here again when I come back to Atlanta!

Talia’s place was great! We had to suddenly find a place to stay after some unexpected renovation chaos. Not only did Talia and her team respond promptly, they were able to get us into their cute little AirBNB on the same night! The unit has everything you need and is right in the heart of Grant Park. Super walkable to the Beacon, Farmer’s Market, park, and everything you might need.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully designed and decorated and was in pristine condition. It was private yet super close to the beltline, zoo and other places worth seeing in Atlanta. Super comfortable beds and updated modern bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need with a beautiful bar to eat, new appliances and a coffee maker. There was even a washer and dryer in the unit. The hot tub is divine. Large and roomy and perfect and two beach towels are provided. Talia and Ashley were extremely prompt in communicating with me and even put together a list of places to eat nearby that were both kid friendly and appealing to adults. This has truly been the best Air B & B rental we have stayed at over the years. Our expectations were exceeded which is hard to do. Can't wait to go back! PS: I wanted to take the egg chair and monkey lamp with me.

Pristine and comfortable stay! I chose because it was dog friendly and had a large hot tub. FYI, the yard is NOT fully fenced only partial so we had to keep our pup leashed. I did not realize this when I booked. Cute ramen spot in walking distance. Quiet, hidden, comfortable. Had cable and streaming services. Totally updated inside. Hot tub was hot and clean. 15 min drive to State Farm arena. We would definitely come back.

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 with 2 young kids. They loved unwinding every night in the hot tub and have a spacious place to relax in between our daily activities in Atlanta. We loved the walkable playground nearby and quick access to Summer Hill restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again!

We needed an Airbnb where we could bring the new puppy we were adopting during a stopover in Atlanta. We also wanted a safe, stylish, clean home in a fun part of Atlanta. We got everything we wished for in Talia's place, and she was extremely attentive and helpful with the whole process. I'm already booking our next stay with her!

I super enjoyed staying here - I would love to stay again. It was super close to everything in the Grant Park area and easy to get on highways to get everywhere else in the ATL metro. Street parking was super easy and the house was tucked away in a quiet space that felt super nice and secluded.

This is such a sweet space! Love that it’s pet friendly and very walkable to nearby coffee shops, parks, restaurants, and shops! They did such a great job with the space so if you’d rather stay in or go out and about, you can’t go wrong! We loved our stay and would recommend this to anyone visiting ATL!

Excellent location for our concert we attended at State Farm arena. Hot tub was a plus and the neighborhood was beautiful with a great coffee shop and Spanish restaurant with delicious food within walking distance. The house was decorated beautifully and very cozy and it has everything you need! Would definitely book again😊

From the moment we arrived, I was so pleased with our choice for a weekend getaway. The home is nestled in a quiet, charming historic neighborhood and looked exactly like the photos—stylish, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Every detail, from the furnishings to the decor, felt thoughtfully curated. The hot tub on the deck was a fantastic bonus—I enjoyed it both nights of our stay, and it was the perfect way to unwind after long days exploring the Botanical Gardens and Six Flags. Being able to bring our dog made us feel truly at home and so much more at ease than if we’d had to leave him at the kennel. The location was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants and local attractions nearby. Highly reccomend!

I am booking my next stay as we speak! Absolutely perfect place. Looking forward to future visits.

Brought my fiancee and our puppy to stay for a night to celebrate a birthday. The location is convenient, the space looks actually better than it does on the pictures, the host was very responsive, and I have no complaints other than the 10am check out and the extra strength needed to drag your bags over the rock/gravel pathway to the back lol. It was pricey but in exchange for being able to bring my dog and having two full bedrooms and bathrooms I think it was fair. Overall, i would def stay again.

Talia's space was the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat but also close enough that we could support our son who was at a national event. We loved how close it was to downtown yet you felt like you were in a more rural community. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was a great place to walk our puppy. We also loved the nearby corner store Ollie's. The inside of the home was peaceful, clean and everything was super comfortable. We loved the egg chair in the living room, and the cute stools at the counter for the kitchen. Each bathroom was super spacious as were the bedrooms and the extra blankets tucked in the ottomans were a great extra bonus for us. From the moment we started communicating with Talia until we departed we had ongoing support and truly appreciated all the little touches that made it feel like home while we were away. I will share that if you door dash it is best to meet them out front but the neighbors helped ensure we got everything super easy.

This is a wonderful small home in the middle of the city, very centrally located. We loved this space that had everything we needed on our vacation to Atlanta. It is private, very quiet, and everything is new. We had a really nice time!

I had an excellent stay at Talia's Airbnb. The space was very clean, the Jacuzzi was just what we needed. The linen was very clean, the water pressure in the showers were decent and the location was really close to the downtown area. Everything about the stay superseded my expectations.

This is a fantastic rental for a stay in Atlanta! The neighborhood is safe and friendly. The rental itself is an ADU. Only drawback is the walkway is gravel and a paver path so rolling a suitcase isn't going to happen. Once you get to the door though, it is fantastic! Nice decorated and furnished, new condition and well layed out.The street parking was easily available every day. We uber'd downtown and used a parking app (recommend using a parking app if being thrifty) two days. Easy walk to the zoo and several local easteries in Grant Park. The hot tub and deck were so relaxing after a day of sightseeing!HIGHLY recommend!

From the moment I reached out to Talia about her Airbnb property, I could tell she was a Superhost. Communication was top‑notch, the directions to the house were crystal clear, and to put a cherry on top, my fiancé and I were greeted with bottled water and champagne waiting for us in the kitchen. The BNB is perfect for couples. We strolled over to Grant Park and the Zoo, then came back and relaxed in the spotlessly clean jacuzzi—exactly what we needed after a day of exploring.
