Explore ATL from the Bark and Bubbles apartment, our centrally-located remodeled 1920s cottage with all the comforts of home. Just 1 block from MARTA, 15min drive to airport, and 10min walk to Little Five Points & Inman Park restaurants & bars. This private studio was added to our home in a 2021 remodel including the spacious back deck w/ outdoor dining and HOT TUB. Wet bar with sink, microwave/oven, coffee, and mini fridge+freezer, and a spa shower. Pup friendly (just let us know)! The highlight of this space is the huge back deck with hot tub and outdoor dining area overlooking the private fully-fenced backyard. Have a glass of wine before your dinner reservations, or unwind in the luxury in-deck hot tub — we’ll keep the water hot for you! Inside, kick back in the spacious sitting room with a wet bar/kitchenette and large black velvet sectional, perfect for lounging while you stream your favorite shows on the theater-style TV. The console under the TV expands to be a large table for dining or work, with comfortable seating options. The black sectional transforms into a queen-sized sleeper with a custom mattress topper, so there’s space for up to 4 adults to sleep comfortably. We know how important getting a great night’s sleep is when you’re away from home, and we’ve set up the bedroom for maximum comfort to ensure the best sleep possible. Luxury bedding and pillow on top of a new, high-end pillow topper mattress will help you dream sweet dreams, with sound machines, fans, heaters, and extra blankets available to accommodate everyone. The en-suite bathroom with luxury rainfall/waterfall/jets shower panel will help you recharge and refresh. We’ve tried to think of everything that could make your stay more comfortable, but if you find yourself in need of anything, you can rest easy knowing that you’ll have a responsive and helpful host (me!) that you can communicate with quickly and easily. The apartment is attached but fully separate from our home. You’ll have your own entrance through the backyard and back door, and full access to the backyard, hot tub, and large back deck. The entire guest apartment is yours, including the large sitting room with a kitchenette, queen bedroom, and bathroom. We most likely won’t see you, but are available if needed. Airbnb is the best way to get in touch! We are pup-friendly! We welcome your furry friends (up to 2, please ask about 3 or more before booking) as long as they are friendly, house-trained, and ok with other dogs. Just let us know before you bring your pet. **We have cameras for the house’s exterior, so if you bring your pet, we will see them. They are welcome, just please let us know in advance that they are coming with you.** **This home is not for parties or events, and we ask that you keep the noise levels low after 10 pm to respect our neighbors and us. Again, we have cameras and noise detectors, and we live in the house, so if you throw a party or blast music, we’ll know. If you throw a party, you are violating our AirBnB terms and can expect the authorities to be called to deal with the violations. **If you’ll have a vehicle, you may park up to 2 cars in the driveway.
